No, but she probably will get banned from all the sims that estate owner owns.  She also may get black balled from renting land on other estates because she stiffed this landowner who was kind enough to giver her an extension, or even banned from other estates.   Estate owners sometimes share information about bad or problem tenants with other estate owners.  The likelyhood of that happening is small but it does happen.

As far as what she owes, she may owe more than four days.  Generally you can't pay rent by the day, per the covenant, and there is a minimum time period you have to pay even if you are leaving. Ususally its a week, but it could be two weeks or even a month.  So the estate owner may be asking for a week or more.
