If i sell lindens it will putr the usd into my sl account. How do i transfer to rl?

After you have sold it on the exchange you should be able to transfer it from logging into your Account page by clicking Account then Account summary.  Under Linden Dollar Summary the amount in RL currency should be listed second. Beside the total should be a clickable link that says "Process Credit" on that page you should be able to click the method to payout  which would be your Paypal account in this case. Then follow the directions it gives you from there.
