Devils Cove is a Privately Owned, Full Prim Estate offering residential nature themed land.  You do not need a premium membership with linden labs to rent from us.  Devils Cove is restarted on a regular basis and is well maintained.  

Want to do it all yourself? Of course we have that! Every parcel is sim edge as well as cove front allowing you use of docks and rezzing boat system.  You have full parcel rights.

Don't feel like landscaping & decorating? No problem!  We offer parcels that are already landscaped and decorated with quality.  Best of all you still get full parcel size and prims.

Owner and Assistant Manager both live on sim and are easily found.  So need some help?  Just IM us! 

 

Landscaped & Furnished - The Devils Cove Estate Cabin

The Devils Cove Cabin is a Sunset Corner Lot that is reserved to those who do not wish to landscape and prefer a partly furnished house.  Renter may add to prim freely with in prim limit managed by the parcel settings and at any elevation as stated by the covenant.  Renter may add and remove their guests freely.  

 

Nature Themed Sim

Devils Cove is a Nature Themed Sim... You wont find yourself stuck between a Goth Castle and a idk wtf that is!  

 

Cove Front - Full Right Parcels 

All of Full Right Parcels are Sim Edge and Cove Front.  Meaning you have access to water on the front and back of your property... You are never boxed in by mountains.  Best of all each Full Right Parcels have a dock and rezzing system boat ... take your favorite person for a midnight row into the Cove!
