Layer blending option in PS9 (solved)

I can't get the advanced? menu for blending options:

That's a feature of full Photoshop, but you have Elements. There should be an effects palette available under the Window menu that will give you some similar options.

i got the free trial of Adobe Photoshop CS2 now and can finish my project.
