Honestly, no, but it does look similar to Boudoir hair and Sexy Goddess hair too.

I can't tell from the picture you posted because i can't see the texture close up.

I know that Emo-tions, Iconic and Analog Dog have similar styles though if it didn't come from any of them.

It's a long shot, but pull up her SL profile and see if it says that she has a blog. If so, look on her blog for styling credits. It's amazing how many people *do* have blogs, so it's worth a try.

You could try posting on SLUniverse, under Fashion and Shopping. I wish I could help you, but I can't come with better suggestions then already posted. Some of the regular posters over at SLU is content creators and bloggers, and it's amazing what they can find. I would guess this hair is prims and not mesh - it is hard to get those supersoft curls with mesh.
