It's not easy. There isn't much need for unskilled labor in SL. If you have RL skills as a creator ( a 3D modeler, a scripter, an artist, an animator ...), you can create things to sell in Marketplace or in-world shops. You can also build or script customized items on commssion for people. If you are a skiller performer (a musician or a DJ, perhaps), you can get gigs in clubs or special events and be paid a flat fee or earn tips. Any of those "jobs" require a fair amount of skill and a familiarity with the way that SL works. They also take some initial investment for tools and materials, and then some for expenses like rent and advertizing.
Take a look here for other suggestions about in-world jobs. You'll see a short list of unskilled jobs at the top that may be interesting. Also, look at what jobs may be posted in the InWorld Employment forum, or consider posting a note about your own qualifications.
