SL Viewers indicate SL time, which is the time by which all SL events are scheduled, and is the only time common to all residents. There is no way to change it. You'll quickly discover that it's really SL time you want to know, not your local time. And SL time is the same as US Pacific time, as Linden Lab, the business that runs Second Life, is located in California.

It is Specific Time. Right click and choose always.
