You can always follow the 'Forgotten Password?' link in the viewer, and walk through the steps of resetting your password.

It can also be helpful to type the password into a text editor (such as Notepad or gedit) and copy-paste it into the viewer, to make sure you've not left caps lock on or aren't accidentally typo-ing. If you're a touch-typist like me, using a different keyboard can throw your typing off and introduce errors.

Remember to over-write the information in clipboard by copying junk data afterward. Don't leave it on your clipboard for longer than necessary.

The password is correct: i can log in  Web site. It's impossible log in world  with the same. Obviously, I'm sure i wrote correct.
