When I'll receive my premium sign up bonus or the weekly 300L?

The L$300 "stipend" is paid weekly (I receive mine on Tuesdays).   The one-off sign up bonus is paid if your Premium membership is active for 45 consecutive days after initial sign-up, which is about six and a half weeks.

The Linden residence is "yours," in the sense that you can use it at no extra charge, for as long as you are a premium member.   If you go back to basic membership, you lose the use of it, and it's not "yours" in that you can't sell it or remove it.
