Server upgrades happen on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Its possible that the sim your home is on was not on line because of this.  Try again in about an hour.  If you still have issues come back here and tell us exactly what message you are getting when you try to TP to your house.

Double check that you are truly at your own house.  Linden Homes in the same area look very much alike, so it's easy to walk into the wrong one until you have done some decorating and know what your place looks like.  Then, if you really are in the right place but can't get the control panel to work, contact Live Chat.  You have paid for the service as a Premium member.  They are very good at fixing things like that.
