I got a premium Membership and iam not able to bid for land in the auctions.

if you just upgraded you may have to wait for the system to catch up to the fact that you are premium now.  If you upgraded before today i'd call billing to see if there is a problem.\

Only residents that have Premium memberships and are at least 14 days old are eligible to participate in auctions.

Please read the Auction FAQ carefully before you start buying land.  I also recommend that you attend Lindal Kidd's FREE class in world at Caledon Oxbridge University, offered every Friday night at 5 SLT.   She goes over a lot of the things you need to know about owning and managing land in SL.  It's a good way to avoid making expensive mistakes.
