Auto return in premium houses?

It all depends on how you have set the parcel.  As the parcel owner, you can set an autoreturn in World >>> About Land >>> Options.   Be careful how you do it.  Autoreturn will return any object to its owner unless the object was set to the same group as the parcel.  If you rez a bunch of objects while your group tag is set to one group and then you later set your parcel to a different group, your objects will be returned.  Read http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Managing-your-parcel/ta-p/700113#Section_.4.3
