Ii can't rez because my parcel is too big

That's very unlikely.  A parcel cannot be too big to let you rez things.  You probably mean "too small", as in "you have already used most of your prim allowance".  There are two possible solutions:

1. Get rid of some things that you have already rezzed.  Delete them or take them back to your inventory temporarily.

2. Move to a larger parcel somewhere, so that you have a bigger prim allowance.
