Evidently whatever you sat on gave you an object that you have attached (or maybe you got it somewhere else recently and it's coincidental that you happened to wear it about the same time you sat on that poseball). So, open your inventory and look to see what you are wearing, probably attached to one of the attachment points on your head. If you are using almost any viewer except Linden Lab's V3, you can just click on the WORN tab to see everything. If you're using V3, which doesn't have a WORN tab, you'll need to type (WORN in the search box at the top of inventory (No, there isn't a closed parenthesis in that). When you find the object, detach it and discard it.
