0 Freya Mokusei
If you don't take a Linden Home as your Premium benefit, you get 512m^2 free tier on Mainland. This means that you can purchase (at the selling cost), up to 512m^2 and your 'rent'/tier will be covered by your Premium benefit. Deedling Land to a Group means that the deeded group pays your tier instead, I don't think this is applicable for a Linden Home. 0 Lindal Kidd
Freya is right...Linden Homes can't be deeded to a group. There are two settings that apply to groups and land. You can "set" the land to a group, and you CAN use this with a Linden Home. This allows group members to rez objects on the land, and set the land as their Home position. If you also deed land to a group, then the group must also pay the land fees. Since only group members can have money, not the group itself, this means that group members must donate tier to the group to cover the land fees. The benefit here is that groups get a 10% tier bonus...a group can own 10% more land at a given tier level than an individual.
