i have my house, but i cannot access the webportal area for it. been a couple of hours still broken?

Do you mean the control panel in your Linden Home?  If not, I have no idea what you are calling a "webportal".   Contact Live Chat.  As a Premium member, you have paid for that service, and they are good at fixing control panels.  They will be open until midnight SLT today.
