my partner cant rezz boxes in my house what do i have to do?

If you have a Linden Home, or own a parcel on which you've placed a home, see the "Allowing access for specific avatars" section of this page...

That will give you instructions for allowing your partner access to your land.

If you are renting your home from someone, it may be necessary to activate the landlord's group to rez things (you'd already be doing that), and you'll have to ask the landlord to add your partner to the group, then have your partner activate it.

You have to either set the land to allow anyone to rez objects (About Land window, Options tab)...OK temporarily, but not recommended as a long term setting.  Or you can form a group, invite your friend to join the group, and set the land to group (About Land, General tab).
