LL server is intercepting items sent to me how can i stop this

I don't know if there should be a transaction history for that event. You could look at your dashboard. If there is supposed to be a history, you could request a copy from the merchant so that you can file that information with Support.

If you have selected a premium membership, choose any category that is similar to your issue.
