Linden Lab has no control over what someone might do in facebook or anywhere else outside of SL.  If you were being subjected to harrassment in SL, you could report it in an Abuse Report as a TOS violation, citing section 2 of the Community Standards.  Unless there is clear evidence of a TOS violation, though, LL will treat most such situations as "disputes among residents", to be worked out between you.
