Tytia
Okay so I bought some mainland and started a group so I could have contributions to this land because there is a smaller piece of land on the same sim I am interested in purchasing only for the prim. What happened is, I have 2 people in the group and I wanted us both to contribute but it kept saying I didn't have enough credits so I had to check the box *Owner makes contribution with deed"My land is 15856sq and the parcel in the same sim that I'm interested in getting is 3712sq. If I contribute the entire tier limit of 16384sq it allows me 2166sq as land available. Now that is with me as the contributor. I wanted the other member of the group to contribute as well. Would this bring the total amount of land up more? And if so how do I do it. Everytime I tried it wouldn't let me because there were not enough land credits?I do own a LL home as well. If I give that up that would bring the amount to 2678sq available...right? Still not enough. Am I trying to do the impossible here? Can someone clarify this for me please? Thanks in advance. Amethyst Jetaime
You will need to tier up to the next level of $125 US a month if you wish to buy and contribute that 3712sqm lot. If your other group owner is already paying for up to 4096sqm of land they can buy the land for the group and contribute it as long as they don't already own that much land, If they do and wish to keep it then they will have to tier up to a level that supports both their current land and this lot. Knowl Paine
There are instances where some group tier contributions need to be shuffled around in order to avoid going to the next tier level. If you think this may be the case, you can reference section .3.2 in the link. I've had to temporarily remove contributions from one group in order to facilitate additional land acquisition. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Group-owned-land/ta-p/700079#Section_.3.
