Why people I don't know pay my account L$0 ?

Without your password so they can log into your account, no one can take money from your account unless you allow it by either paying them yourself or agreeing to give a scripted object the right to debit your account.  As long as you never gave your password to anyone or fallen for a phishing scheme this  is not the case.

If someone gives you something for free, either by sending it to you, or you clicking something to get a freebie, the transaction shows in your history as a $0L transaction.  That is probably what you are seeing.

If you're seeing this in your Transaction History (at secondlife.com/my/account), it's likely that they're not sending you payments of L$0. It's more likely that they're sending you objects (such as notecards, landmarks, or boxes from shopping), and your transaction just records these as 'L$0' transactions.

They look something like:-

 The clue is in italics - Give Inventory, so this person sent me an object. (not really, I faked this, but you get the idea)
