Your name, SL birthdate, partner information, and several othe things are public information, visible to anyone who opens your profile. Anything else that you put in your profile is also public, so if you put your RL photo or other information about yourself there, anyone can read it. Anything that is not in your profile, however, is private information. It is not accessible from any of LL's files, but a clever person with good RL detective skills might be able to learn some details, especially if you have shared information in other places like facebook.
According to the TOS (Community Standards), "Residents are entitled to a reasonable level of privacy with regard to their Second Life experience. Sharing personal information about your fellow Residents without their consent -- including gender, religion, age, marital status, race, sexual preference, alternate account names, and real-world location beyond what is provided by them in their Resident profile -- is not allowed." If you have evidence that someone is violating this part of the TOS, you may file an Abuse Report.
