You may not be able to fix it. You may, for example, be using Intel HD graphics and be using an older driver - one that is known to have a memory leak, which will cause you to crash a LOT with the above error message, pretty much after every TP or even shortly after login. You can try updating your graphics drivers to see if that helps. If not, see the suggestions the Whirly Fizzle offered in a big blue box in FIRE-9976.
