Soy Fonic y es la primera vez que escribo en este foro .He tenido un problemilla con un cambio de linden's a dolares y ya he recibido el "ok" de que el los dolares resultantes del cambio han sido enviados a mi cuenta paypal. Llevo 1 semanas esperando y aun no he recibido nada, por lo que he decidido abrir un ticket de soporte. Todo va correctamente hasta que le doy a enviar y me dice que hay un error en el cuestionario, me dice esto: (Introduzca una fecha válida). Lo he intentado con distintas fechas y incluso cambiando la hora pero no he conseguido enviar el ticket, estoy ya loco y no se que hacer.Os pido ayuda por favor haber si alguien sabe por que me da ese error. Necesito enviar ese ticket de soporte o si hubiese otra forma de ponerme en contacto con soporte tecnico que no sea el telefono, ya que no se hablar ingles.
