You joined SL on November 23, so you should be getting your L$1,0000 bonus in early January, 45 days after you joined.  You should have been receing your L$300 weekly stipend every Tuesday, starting on December 3.  Check your Transaction History at secondlife.com >>> Account to see.  If you have not been getting it, call the Linden Lab Billing Office to ask why.
