How long does it take for an item to appear in the "Homepage Featured Items" listings once the fee is paid??

Short answer, about 5 to 10 minutes. Long answer, there are many, many items featured there so refreshing your page over and over for more than an hour MIGHT allow you to see your item. To be honest, I personally feel there are too many featured items in that category to make it worth the expense.

I've never seen one of my Homepage listing enhancements, you can see how many views and clicks you get that's really the only way I know my adds are there, but I think you have to wait 24 hours before that info starts to show.
