Problem taking a picture for my profile

I've been having a problem when I try to take a picture for my profile. I was to take an image and post it to my feed, and in the past its not been an issue, but for the last week or so after I take the picture, enter in some comment and click to "post" the image I see the swirl thing for a while, then get the message "failed to post picture." I have been getting this all both the SL viewer and firestorm--both of which are the most current releases of the viewers. I've tried clearing cache, and still it won't work.

I was thinking maybe I accidently clicked some setting I shouldnt have? Anyone having a similar problem or have an idea what might be causing this?

Tons of people are having this problem, and have been for the past week or so. To get around it until LL fix it, people are posting links on their feed to their Flickr.
