The best way to resolve the problem is to contact the merchant you bought it from.  Open your Transaction History at secondlife.com  >>> Account, find the record of your purchase, and cut & paste that information into a polite notecard.  Explain the situation and ask for a redelivery.  Most merchants will be eager to correct a mistake like that.  Remember that merchants have real lives and that not everyone logs in to SL or checks messages daily, so be patient.  If you do not hear back within a few days, follow up your note with a second polite one.

This could be due to an honest mistake on the part of the merchant.  That's why you send them a polite notecard telling them about the problem.

It could also be a scam.  There have been increasing reports of people selling empty boxes on the Marketplace, often with images of other creators' products on them.  In this case, "emailing support" is not the correct response.  You should file an Abuse Report, and also publish a negative product review.
