The best way to resolve the problem is to contact the merchant you bought it from. Open your Transaction Historyat secondlife.com >>> Account, find the record of your purchase, and cut & paste that information into a polite notecard. Explain the situation and ask for a redelivery. Most merchants will be eager to correct a mistake like that. Remember that merchants have real lives and that not everyone logs in to SL or checks messages daily, so be patient. If you do not hear back within a few days, follow up your note with a second polite one.
