In my earlier reply, I had thought this was an in world store, but I see it is a "Marketplace only" store.

Yes, there are some scammers who will sell you an empty box.  Rather than a "scam alert" in the Answers forum though, your best bet is to file an Abuse Report

Have you flagged it in the Marketplace ("Item not as advertised")?   I think that will do more good than warning people here.
