What to do about Invisible & Solid Prims?

That sounds to me like a "phantom" or "ghosted" prim, and the only way to fix them is to ask for a restart.

As to which category to use, I'm a bit unsure, since my account is premium and I'm not sure what options free accounts have.   Normally, I'd simply contact Live Chat and ask them to restart the region, but otherwise I have an option in Support Tickets for Land and Region>Region Performance Issues, and I think I would use that.    I don't know if that option is available to you.
