Would Lindex send money to my Payoneer or epayments account?

Neither of these types of accounts are going to work.  You must have a Paypal account to withdraw money or request a bank wire.  Bank wires are only available if

• PayPal will not permit payments to your country.
• You are expecting payment of $10,000 US or more

As Amethyst says, you have only two options: withdraw through PayPal or withdraw by wire to a bank account.  The second option only works if PayPay is not available in your country and you are withdrawing huge amounts of money.
