Depends on whether you checked "Owner Makes Contribution With Deed" when you deeded the land to the group.  If you did, then it's all taken care of.

If you didn't, then find the group in your People window, click on Land/Assets and enter the appropriate amount in the box, "Your contribution."

When land is deeded to a group, the group members must also donate enough tier to cover the cost of the land.  One benefit is that a group can own 10% more land for a given amount of tier, which is one reason a lot of land is group owned.  This can also be confusing, because the bonus is calculated automatically.  Say you donate 512 m2 worth of tier to a group.  The group's "Land and $" tab will show that 563 m2 has been donated.

Often, the land group is just you and your alt.  In this case, you have to donate all the required tier to the group.

You will still be billed a land fee for the tier you've donated to the group, of course.
