Yes, of course, anyone can walk into your home unless you take deliberate steps to keep people out. If that's what you mean by "access", then sure. If you meant to ask whether you can give a friend permission to rez things there and set "home" to that spot, you'll have to do a little work: 1. Create a group. 2. Set (not deed) your parcel to that group (on the General page of World >> About Land). 3. Set About Land >>> Options to allow only group members to create objects or bring objects onto your land. 4.
