Text Rotation question~

Assuming the text is a texture, use llSetTextureAnim instead of llTargetOmega, to spin the texture on the face of the cylinder rather than the cylinder itself. (You'd need to fiddle with the parameters to get it right. ANIM_ON | LOOP | SMOOTH should get into the right category of texture animation. It's possible the text texture would need to be rotated 90 degrees in an external program, because as I recall textures only animate in the U dimension.)

There's also another way, which would continue to use the llTargetOmega spin, but change the spin axis to correct for the rotation of the prims... but that's definitely not the "easier way".
