You can't force a vendor for a refund or redelivery. Some stores do have separate redelivery terminals but if not, your only hope is to continue communication with the vendor owner or support staff.
Do remember that it is a holiday period and people may still be away or the owner could be ill. A little patience for a few more days and your problem may be solved. If you allow more time and still no response, unfortunately there is nothing you can do. Linden Lab will not get involved.
