These sims are attached and free standing from other regions with room to grow towards the east side of the islands. They are currently on the Magnum server and receive good maintenance. Low lag The regions have served as a popular combat region and mall for several years and receive decent visitors on a weekly basis. This is a full transfer linden sale and not a sale rental. Tiers are as follows Main Region Due 16th Currently Paid till Jan 16thHomestead 1 Due 3rd Will be due Jan 3rdHomestaed 2 Due 25 Currently Paid till Jan 25th Make me an offer for these individually or as a package. Transfer fees must be part of the price or quoted price with then a transfer free added to it. Either way. I am trying to beat the sale of these regions by January 3rd as life has had some surprises for me and I must get rid of them. First price to make a good offer takes them.
