Log in trouble

Hi Aislin,

It's hard to say what might be amiss. We've been having a rash (which means more than one a week ;-) of reports of DNS failures, so it's possible that there's something wrong on the LL end of things. But I've also been having Time Warner issues here at home for the last few days, with YouTube videos stuttering while Speedtest says I'm all zippy. There's no shortage of confusion to go around.

Outside of those anecdotes, I've not heard of anything unusual. And so I'm going to point you to Natates Urriah's blog post...

... which is my default answer for everything.

Hopefully someone else will actually know something.

ETA: Winston had no luck following the link I posted, so I checked it. It looked okay, but had some invisible characters at the end. I've fixed it.
