First check your transaction history to make sure the purchase was indeed charged from your account.

Some stores have a redelivery terminal: go back to the store and see if they have one. The terminal should "remember" your purchase and redeliver the product.

Always make sure you are NOT in busy or do not disturb mode, it will prevent the items from being delivered to you.

Finally, give a little time to the merchant to reply to your request. All store owners do not log in every day ; they also have a real life as you and me. :) Without a reply by the beginning of the week, send again a polite notecard requesting for delivery includinc your transaction number.

In the case you would not get any reply at all (and in absence of a redelivery terminal), unfortunately as it was a purchase in world, you will be out of your money as LL will consider this as a resident to resident dispute and can only help for marketplace purchases.

Good luck! :)

Thorn,

Purchasing items in-world from vendor boards/objects usually is reliable. There are some famous exceptions to this. Please check your Transaction History and make sure that the payment was sent to the actual owner of the store you purchased your something from. Why? Because one of the oldest tricks is for a scammer to rez a transparent object in front of the vendor you are interacting with to steal the Lindens.

Assuming that you have verified that the payment did in fact go to the correct avatar account, Have you looked for the purchased object in the bottom of your Inventory File Structure? In-world purchases will not be placed in the Received Items MarketPlace folder. Do a search for the delivery object using part of the name of the item to narrow the things you need to filter through.

Buying this way also requires you to accept the delivery of the item/item package via a prompt from the vendor board. It you ignored this prompt and/or accidentally responded no then contacting the store support group is your only course of action. If you were purchasing a no-copy item then your recover options will be limited.

The norm is to send the purchaser, a package object that will need to be unpacked before you can use the item.

How long has it been since you contacted the creator? Make sure to send both an IM and a NC with your transaction information in it. Give a creator up to a week to respond.

Also check the store group information to see if a different contact method is stated. Many times the creator is not responsible for the sales activities. There may be another avatar account mentioned for dealing with delivery issues.

Beyond all of these steps, there is not much else you can do.

Linden Lab does not get directly involved with in-world purchases.
