I have done everything you have said to do and still van't get into SL

I am not sure who you have been talking to. This is a forum for residents (users).

Linden Lab employees do not normally post here. If you have paid for a premium account you can use the Live Chat web site to contact Linden help. Even if you do not have a premium account you can still submit a support ticket to the Lindens.

I am just a resident, but I do have a few ideas:

Be sure your computer meets the minimum requirements to run a Second Life viewer: https://secondlife.com/my/support/system-requirements/index.php?    If it does not meet the requirements, consider using SLGo from OnLive. See this site for more information:    https://slgo.onlive.com/faq_devices     OnLive is a separate company that provides a cloud based viewer (a viewer that runs on their server and streams graphics to your device).

Try logging into a different region. Try starting up the viewer to log into the region  Smith  (Use viewer preferences - general tab then check mark the 'Show Startup Location' -- you can activate this before you actually try to log in -- then type Smith in the start location box).
