Most of my inventory disappeard after a crash.How to fix it?

You shouldn't need to reinstall a viewer.  That's overkill.  If you DO reinstall, though, you need to do a clean reinstall in order to be sure that you wipe out your old (possibly corrupted) hidden files.  That's where a damaged inventory cache is, for example.  (You can also watch this nifty video >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/video_clean_install

If all you want to do is rebuild your inventory cache, though, just do this >>>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear
