How do I unlock a profile After reactivating my account

Hi Janet,

I searched for you and find that your "name is unavailable". We've seen this happen before, where residents who clearly exist appear to vanish from the profile system. You may have to open a support case to get Linden Lab to look into this. Here's where you do that...

Select "Account Issue" from the "What type of problem are you having?" drop down, then select "Second Life Web Login Issues" from the "Account Issue" drop down.

Tell them your profile doesn't appear to others, and is uneditable by you.
