What is the matter with a credit card when it is not possible to update the billing information.

There were some changes made to what forms of payment are acceptable (especially for residents not in the US) if your payment method is no longer acceptable but is already on your account, you will be able to continue using it, but you will not be able to update it or add it back if you remove it.
