Use a guest email for the ticket if the original adress isn't working anymore.

If you didn't sign up with verifiable personal information you'r out of luck, they will ask to prove it's yours.

When you have an issue like this its ALWAYS important to WRITE down your email addresses....PWs...secret questiosn and the secret ansswers down (i do that)  I also recently changed computers-- and iwas thanking my lucky stars for my passowrd book..

 

On this Issue YOU HAVE to contact LL-- and YES u have to verifiy all your information....i suggest you get an alternate email address.....and save them....for when you get your 2 accounts back with all your secret questions....

 

if you are premium- contact life support...but its WAY better to call them...it gets thing done ALOT faster
