That's sort of a fuzzy area.  The definition of "Moderate" says, in part, "Dance clubs, bars, stores and malls, galleries, music venues, beaches, parks, and other spaces for socializing, creating, and learning all support a Moderate designation so long as they do not host publicly promoted adult activities or content and do not use adult search tags. Groups, events and classifieds that relate to this broad range of activities and themes generally should also be designated as Moderate."  The words "publicly promoted" are the fuzzy part.  If you advertize your party or if you encourage the general public to visit while your naked party is going on, you can almost certainly get in trouble.  Otherwise, you are probably OK.  However, I suggest taking some reasonable precautions to meet the spirit of the requirement.  Hold your event on a parcel that is not open to general access.  Not necessarily with ban lines, but maybe with a security orb so you can control who enters.  Also, use About Land >>> Options to make it so that people outside the parcel cannot see or hear what you are doing inside.  If you take those reasonable precautions, your event is private.
