thanks for adding that, but thats not all yet what we meant, i'd like to know your graphics,. please edit your post again add the info you can find in the help menu of th viewer.

For me it's a bit strange you run a 64b windows on a 2gb machine, the 64b doesn't add a lot to such low ram, even runs slower than a normal 32b version i think, unless you really need the 64b for a special program, but still your ram is pretty low for it.

 

Seeing the low ram makes me a bit fear for your graphics...what might explain the message you get, but thats just guessing now,

please add the graphic card too

As Alwin points out, we need your computer specs to have any idea what the problem is. Start the viewer and before logging in open HELP->ABOUT... and copy paste that info to your post. Use OPTIONS in the upper right to open the post editor.
