"Stopping it" means that you will be personally liable for paying any fees for Search listings or other group expenses.  If you leave it as is, those expenses are shared equally among group members.  (Any profits are too.)  Group liabilites typically amount to L$1 to L$5 a month (less than two cents) per member, so they are a very minor cost.  As the group owner, you can decide whether to pay them yourself or share them.
