Is there any merchants willing or anyone who may know where to find a specific tailcoat?

I have searched on the marketplace and in-world of the most fashion stores that I know for a specific tailcoat that so far I have not found the kind I have in mind. The style I had in mind would be from the Victorian era. If it helps I shall provide a link to the kind I was thinking about ASAP.

I would also like to say that this is as a last resort because I would like to try Blender to test in due time, but also, still have the possibility of a custom made, or very well one from a merchant I could alter if need-be; rigged mesh is preferable but happy for any kind of mesh
