Basically its an object somewhere that makes it so local chat can be read no matter how far away you are in distance/chat range. It even displays the persons name. The color of text is yellow. Zyconic Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 I think you are looking for a chat relay you will find some on MP under chat relay they will post open chat in all parcels and can be in any color the user has set up.
