your tiers for the land are over the past month not as your mebership for the comming month.

So if you owned your land for even one day in that past month you get billed.

Now you sold it before this billing cycle ended, you will not be billed next one. But you will not get a refund, because this simply was money you still had to pay.

Be sure to check your accountpage if the payd tier level is set to 0 now.

 

BTW cancelling your payment method while you owe LL money isn't so wise, your account will be locked and go on hold till it's paid.
