full permissions showing up not full permissions

I tried searching but couldnt find a thread on this...

Lately, a lot of times I rez a full perm item I purchased and it shows up full perm in my inventory and I can even see it is full perm if I go into properties but, as soon as I rez it, it is no transfer and cannot be changed. I pick it up and again still no transfer. I can do what I want to it while it is rezzed, mod it etc but I pick it up and it's no trans.

Then today I rez something and it is transfer only. No copy, no mod. I can't do a thing with it. It is again full perms while in inventory. It is starting to get really annoying.

Be sure you are checking before doing anything, the next owner options, and check the options you wan, else all the time will be just transfer by default. Good luck
